Todd Furniss, Chairman of Aztec Systems, Inc.

Mr. Furniss founded glendonTodd Capital in 2010. He has more than 25 years of experience in global operations, consulting, and private equity and as a senior level executive with an international consulting firm and a Fortune 500 public company. Mr. Furniss has developed and implemented operations strategies in more than ten industries within thirty countries on four continents. He is deeply involved in assessing trends and developments in the emerging labor markets, identifying key success factors, and developing best-practice approaches to offshoring and outsourcing.

Mr. Furniss has the reputation for asking the right question, not merely the good question, enabling him to untangle problems and develop effective solutions. His global experience gives him a singular understanding and perspective of business models, strategy, and operations.

In 2008, Mr. Furniss, with former ACS CEO, Jeff Rich, co-founded PlumTree Partners, LLC, a private investment firm focused on investment opportunities in the technology-enabled business services sector.

From 2001 to 2008 Mr. Furniss served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Everest Group, a general management consulting firm that serves The Forbes Global 2000 and is known for its thought leadership in operations strategy and global sourcing. Under his leadership, Everest Group's revenue grew by more than 400%, while the firm quadrupled the number of market-facing personnel and expanded from two offices in two countries to eight offices in six countries. During this time, revenue per client increased by over 700%.

Mr. Furniss served as the Director of Corporate Business Development at EDS from 1989 to 2001, where he was responsible for the execution of all acquisitions, divestitures, and business combinations for EDS Asia. During this period, he led the development of the Asia Pacific Growth and Acquisition Plan, which identified key growth markets (geographies and industries) and service offerings within those markets. At that time, EDS Asia was a $1.5 billion business with approximately 13,000 employees in 10 countries.

Prior to his work as Director of Corporate Business Development, Mr. Furniss was recruited from his position as an EDS attorney to run operations with a P&L of $320 million. He was then named one of the first "mega deal leaders," a position in which he developed the strategy for and had a leadership role in three significant transactions with an aggregate value over $6.5 billion.

Mr. Furniss has personally advised a number of Fortune 500 clients, industry and equity analysts, and institutional investors. He has been frequently quoted in the Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, and many other equity research and financial publications. Mr. Furniss is a frequent guest speaker and has spoken at a number of conferences around the world.

Mr. Furniss is a member of the World Presidents Organization and the Dallas Committee on Foreign Relations. He serves on the board of Enterra Solutions, Chemical Information Services, F&M Bancorporation, Toutatis Inc., and WPO-Dallas Chapter. Mr. Furniss supports a number of local and national charities.

Mr. Furniss received a BA in Political Science in 1981 from Old Dominion University and his Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law.
