BridgePoint Connector for ERP

The Aztec BridgePoint Connector for ERP is a preprogrammed, SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) Visual Studio interface/middleware system that allows transactions to be brought in from an external source and pushed back into a Microsoft ERP system.

• A Web Services that runs continuously on a predetermined basis, looking for external input of data coming into the ERP System.
• A program that can process data external to the ERP System automatically on a pre-defined set of programmed logic.
• A program that “Pushes” the data back into the ERP System.
• The system can monitor multiple service inputs for data being passed over to an ERP application

Why BridgePoint Connector? BridgePoint is:

• A “listener” program that will on a predetermined basis, look for files stored in each respective subdirectory and/or directory location, or presented via a transaction/file transfer services to include, Microsoft MSQ (Message Queue) or FTP.
• A program that runs on SSIS technology that is continuously monitoring predetermined folders, directories, or input streams for data.
• The system can read data elements from files being imported and generate “transaction count transactions” that can be posted to the ERP System General Ledger System.
• The program can be programmed to provide location logic. The location logic can be contained somewhere in the file being imported and/or the file name.
• Information Lookup and Validation as well as the reformatting and importing of transactions can be handled in multiple steps.
• The system can builds Transaction, updates databases and send notifications as pre-defined.
• A program currently works with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics GP.
