The Solution

Prior to the implementation of our support services strategy, end users were left to wait until the local network administrators return for assistance with technical issues and systems performance monitoring was handled remotely by their headquarters in Atlanta. The network admin proactively realized that his users needed immediate onsite response and that systems monitoring needed to be mainainted by an onsite resource while he was away. He turned to Aztec as a reliable solution to fulfill this critical need. Our engineers are now a phone call away when an issue arises that requires him to leave the office for an extended period of time.

While onsite, our engineers provide full maintenance and monitoring of systems' performance as well as respond to end user support issues. The expertise and customer service skills of our engineers have allowed us to seamlessly fill the emergency response gaps that in the past were created in his absence.

In the downtime between emergency response events, our engineers proactively look for ways to tune and improve both overall systems and workstation performance.
